1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and hiso33 (hereinafter referred to as "hiso33", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided via the hiso33 website accessible at https://hiso33.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile web applications, or linked platforms operated under the hiso33 brand.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own capacity and on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of an employee of hiso33 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from hiso33 or had a prior account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not operating under the instruction or for the benefit of a third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your account.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the hiso33 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and cancellation of all accrued bonuses.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms. hiso33 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any stage of your account lifecycle.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. hiso33 strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. hiso33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4.3 Account Sharing

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account must be used exclusively by you. You may not permit any other person to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or use your account credentials for any purpose. Any activity conducted through your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

hiso33 is required to verify the identity of all players as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and, where applicable, large or unusual deposit transactions. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and is a standard industry and regulatory requirement.

5.1 Required Documents

For KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear, unaltered copy or photograph of your valid Malaysian MyKad (both front and back) or a valid passport (biographical data page).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, confirming your residential address.

5.2 Withdrawal Holds Pending KYC

hiso33 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any pending withdrawal request until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when they first request a withdrawal.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within fourteen (14) days of a formal request will result in suspension of the affected withdrawal and may ultimately lead to account review in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party deposits — funds originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits may be voided.

• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT — TRC-20), and BNB (BEP-20)

6.2 Deposit Currency

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to their MYR equivalent using the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the respective blockchain. hiso33 does not guarantee any specific cryptocurrency-to-MYR rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a deposit is initiated and when it is confirmed.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change at hiso33's discretion. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the Cashier page within your account. As a general guideline, standard minimum deposits are RM 30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the name and ownership of the account holder, matching the details provided during account registration and KYC verification. hiso33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• DuitNow / FPX / Bank Transfer: Typically 1 to 3 business hours; may be extended during bank maintenance windows or Malaysian public holidays.
• Cryptocurrency: Typically 15 to 60 minutes, subject to blockchain network congestion.

7.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved:

1. Your account KYC verification must be completed and approved.
2. Any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds must be fully satisfied.
3. Your withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits.
4. Your account must be in good standing with no unresolved disputes, compliance holds, or fraud investigations.
5. The payment method designated for withdrawal must match your verified account information.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction, daily, and monthly basis. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. hiso33 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers, free credit promotions, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, referral incentives, and any other promotional credits issued by hiso33 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this section, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered fifteen (15) times in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of winnings is permitted.

8.2 Maximum Bet Restriction

While any bonus balance remains active in your account, a maximum bet restriction applies per round, spin, or bet placement. This restriction is typically set at MYR 25 to MYR 50 per bet and is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute only 10% to 20%. Live dealer games, lottery, and arcade games may have varying or zero contribution rates. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's full terms.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within seven (7) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

8.5 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new promotion while a prior bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus. Players are advised to complete or decline existing bonuses before opting into a new promotion.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

hiso33 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using different accounts (multi-accounting), using low-risk betting strategies exclusively to fulfil wagering requirements, hedging bets across markets to guarantee returns, and any other pattern of play that in hiso33's reasonable determination constitutes exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided, their winnings cancelled, and their accounts suspended.

9. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on hiso33 are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or market listing. In the event of any discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern for matters directly related to gameplay outcomes.

9.1 Game Fairness

hiso33 sources its games from certified and reputable third-party game providers. All random number generators (RNG) used in hiso33's casino games are subject to regular testing and certification by independent technical auditors to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, software bug, or any other technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hiso33 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the wagered funds to the player's account balance. hiso33 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a documented technical malfunction.

9.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, and UFC events, are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play bet acceptance is subject to market availability and hiso33's right to suspend markets where live data integrity cannot be confirmed. All settled results are final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiso33 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering) to fund deposits or wagers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, including placing bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for profit without reporting them to hiso33 customer support.
• Permitting or facilitating access to your account by any person other than yourself, including allowing third parties to place bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software component of the hiso33 platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward hiso33 staff or other platform users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hiso33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any platform content without the prior written consent of hiso33.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hiso33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.

hiso33's total aggregate liability to any player, arising from any cause of action whatsoever, shall be limited to the total amount of Player Funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises, or MYR 500 (whichever is the lesser amount), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

hiso33 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform, and scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access. hiso33 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to hiso33 customer support. Prior to processing account closure, any remaining withdrawable Player Funds will be returned to a verified payment method registered to the account, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses.

14.2 Termination by hiso33

hiso33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) a player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) a compliance concern, fraud investigation, or money laundering suspicion is raised in respect of the account; (c) a player is identified as being under the age of 21; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose hiso33 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by hiso33 due to a breach of these Terms, hiso33 reserves the right to withhold any pending bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending the outcome of any investigation.

15. Amendments to These Terms

hiso33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the hiso33 website. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the responsibility of each player to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version entered into force. 16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be referred to hiso33's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of formal notification, the parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits hiso33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not create any rights enforceable by third parties. The platform is operated in English and all formal communications, disputes, and correspondence shall be conducted in the English language.
